Refund policy

·If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the product may be required to be returned to TKO Custom  Shurtz and Creations for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
 
·PLEASE ATTENTION:
ALL COLORS ARE SUBJECT TO THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS.
We may be unable to avoid a little COLOR DIFFERENTIATION caused when printing.
 
·Return shipping cost
TKO Custom Shurtz will cover return shipping costs or refund only when items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by the TKO Custom Shurtz Customer Service Team to be defective.
Otherwise, no abnormalities in our quality under the service will be provided a return. Please contact us for the best solution.
 
·PLEASE ATTENTION:
All products are made to order, and personalized products cannot be returned due to their customized elements unless there is an issue with the product's quality. In this case, please return it to us, and we will either replace the product or give you a refund. Our products are all hand-made according to the order, so minor defects are unavoidable. Please understand.
 
·For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstances does TKO Custom Shurtz reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.
 
·If a product is damaged or defective, and customers insist on returning it, we will make arrangements with our factory as to how the return should be handled before placing the items back in transit to TKO Custom Shurtz.
